Russia says Pentagon running "biowarfare facilities" in Ukraine

At a recent press conference, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov once again lobbed the accusation that the Pentagon (aka the Pentagram) helped Ukraine develop "biological warfare facilities" in both Kyiv and Odessa. Echoing the words of top-ranking Russian diplomatic negotiators at the Russia-Ukraine peace talks in Belarus, Lavrov explained that Russia has compiled strong evidence pointing to the fact that the Pentagon is "preoccupied with the chemical and biological installations in Ukraine." "The Pentagon built two biowarfare labs and they have been developing pathogens there in Kyiv and in Odessa," he added, explaining that the Pentagon's biggest concern with the facilities now is losing control over them. "And you know what it may be like in future," he added. "And the Americans decline flatly and resolutely to start an inspection mechanism as part of the convention for the prohibition of chemical weapons." "And they build new chemical and biological facilities all across Russian borders." (Related: The Pentagon has spent hundreds of billions of American taxpayer dollars building bioweapons factories in Ukraine.)

CIA is "on the ground in droves" in Ukraine training army to fight Russia

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is also deeply embedded with Ukraine. Lavrov says CIA agents have been swarming Ukraine to provide "training" for the Ukrainian army – and not to wage war with Poland as some believe. These deep state operations in Ukraine are a threat to Russia, fully justifying the "special operation" launched by Russian President Vladimir Putin back in February. "When developments in Iraq happened, when the United States claimed it was a threat to the U.S. national security, did anyone ask back then why the United States decided to bring a country 10,000 kilometers off its coast to order, because the U.S. is a great power?" Lavrov asked, comparing Russia's predicament to that of the United States back in 2003. "When Russia says there is a threat to us, they start telling us that there is not a threat at all, but you know, we will decide what is needed to provide for our security," he added. "And it's close and next to our borders – we will not go 10,000 kilometers away to enforce our rules." This is an interesting comparison, considering the U.S. claim that Iraq was harboring weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) turned out to be a farce. Is Russia engaging in the same manipulative tactics to justify its Ukraine invasion, or is the Pentagon really involved in bioweapons programs there?

Russia accuses U.S. of shrouding its bioweapons programs in secrecy

Back in May 2020, Lavrov accused America of "categorically opposing the adoption of a protocol to the convention of banning biological and toxin weapons, which would establish a mechanism to verify compliance by member countries with their obligation not to produce such weapons." "The United States' reluctance to ensure transparency of its military-biological activities in different regions of the world, of course, raises questions about what is really happening and what goals are being pursued," he added at a news conference following a virtual meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). "These laboratories are densely formed along the perimeter of the borders of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, next to the borders of the People's Republic of China." Adding to the conversation, Leonid Slutsky, head of the Duma Committee on International Affairs and a member of the Russian delegation at the talks with Ukraine, says Russia has all the evidence and is willing to provide an "analysis of documents" to prove that the Pentagon is building bioweapons in Ukraine. On February 24, the official day-one of the invasion, Ukraine reportedly received an order to immediately destroy all really dangerous pathogens at U.S.-run laboratories, including the causative agents of "plague, anthrax, tularemia, cholera," and others. "We are getting more and more confirmation that Russia had more than good reasons for conducting a special military operation to demilitarize Ukraine," Slutsky wrote on his Telegram channel. Instead of acknowledging that something needed to be done to stop these secret operations in Ukraine, which threaten the entire world, many countries instead opted for "Russophobic fits," Slutsky says. Kiev blatantly violated its international obligations, including the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and toxic weapons and on their destruction (BTWC), and few are acknowledging this. In launching the attack, Putin clarified that the goal was simply "the protection of people who have been subjected to bullying and genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years." The plan to accomplish this was the "demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine." "In the course of a special military operation, the facts of an emergency cleansing by the Kiev regime of traces of a military biological program being implemented in Ukraine, funded by the U.S. Department of Defense, were uncovered," added Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov. The latest news about the conflict in Ukraine can be found at Chaos.news. Sources for this article include: TheLibertyBeacon.com NaturalNews.com
